Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before production or shipping begins. Once your order is successfully cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations are no longer possible once the product has been dispatched.

Returns

We accept product returns in accordance with our policy. Customers may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the item. To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused, in its original condition, and in the original unopened packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Customers will only be responsible for shipping costs at most once, including return shipping. No restocking fees will be charged for any returned items.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your credit card or original payment method within the standard processing period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your approved refund, we recommend taking these steps:
  1. Double-check your bank account for incoming transactions.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refund posting may involve additional processing time.
  3. Follow up with your bank to confirm their internal refund timeline.
